A growing national commercial refresh and facility  management company is seeking dependable, insured trade vendors with commercial experience. We are looking for contractors in the following fields: electric, plumbing, maintenance services like paint and flooring, handymen and general contracting. Candidates will be responsible for communicating timely job details with our project management team.

The Ideal Candidate Must:
Have proper insurance including Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, Auto and Umbrella coverage
Be willing to perform night work
Be willing to complete all paperwork within deadlines
Be organized
Have a smartphone
Have their own tools and transportation
Possess strong communication skills
Understand how to read plans and/or directions regarding scope of work
Certification and licenses a plus
Varying crew sizes helpful
